摘要
中煤作为一种未被充分利用的洗选产品,亟需在现有工艺基础上进行更深层次的洗选利用。本文以山西吕梁某选煤厂中煤产品为试验对象,进行中煤破碎再选工艺研究。经研究后认为,中煤破碎再选的粒度上限应为13mm。破碎后产物脱泥后直接并入现有三产品重介旋流器进行再选,-0.5mm粒级物料进行浮选。该工艺在充分利用现有工艺基础上进行中煤再选,对中煤的高效合理利用提供了有益参考。
As an underutilized washing product, China Coal needs to carry out deeper washing and utilization on the basis of existing technology. In this paper, the coal products in a coal preparation plant in Luliang, Shanxi Province, were used as test objects to study the process of crushing and re-selecting coal. After research, it is believed that the upper limit of particle size for medium coal crushing and re-election should be 13 mm. After the crushed product is delimed, it is directly incorporated into the existing three-product heavy medium cyclone for re-election, and the-0.5 mm granular material is floated. The process carries out re-election of medium coal on the basis of making full use of the existing technology, which provides a useful reference for efficient and rational utilization of medium coal.
