摘要
霍州煤电集团公司庞庞塔矿的9-700综放工作面推进过程中连续多台液压支架出现泄压失效的问题,影响工作面的正常生产,现采取现场矿压观测、理论计算、窥视孔观测等方法研究其上覆岩层“三带”高度的发育情况,通过比较现场实测和理论计算的结果,验证了经验公式的有效性,并得知9-700综放工作面开采时层间岩层基本上与5#煤层老矿采空区贯通,指出工作面推进过程中应密切注意的问题,也为解决液压支架失效问题指明了方向。
Huo zhou coal mine group company PangPang tower 9-700 fully-mechanized working face in the process of continuous pressure failure problems many sets of hydraulic support, affect the normal production of working face, now take the mine pressure observation, theoretical calculation, peephole observation method to study the overburden height of "three zones" of the development situation, through comparing the results of field measurement and theoretical calculation, to verify the effectiveness of the empirical formula, and learned that 9-700 fully-mechanized caving mining layer between layers is essentially the same 5 # coal seam in old mined-out areas, points out problems that should pay close attention to in the process of working face advancing,It also points out the direction to solve the problem of hydraulic support failure.
