摘要 在如今的工业现场、食品业、制药等行业,都存在着研磨这个加工流程。球磨机在研磨工序中是绝佳的选择。由于其自身的优势很明显,比如它的结构相对比较简单,而且研磨的效率高,可靠性强等。使其在研磨工序中占有比较高的地位。但是球磨机的自身存在的缺陷也比较多,比如铸造球磨机所需的钢材较多,影响工作效率的因素较多等。本文针对球磨机存在的缺陷,对影响球磨机研磨效率的工作参数做出了相应的研究,并利用正交实验的方法进行分组实验,最后利用离散元的方法通过EDEM软件建立仿真模型,利用仿真的结果对工作参数进行调节,最终实现提高球磨机的工作效率的目的。 In today’s industrial field, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, there is a grinding process. Ball mill is the best choice in the grinding process. Because of its obvious advantages, such as its relatively simple structure, high grinding efficiency, strong reliability and so on. It occupies a relatively high position in the grinding process. But there are many defects in the ball mill itself, such as more steel for casting ball mill, more factors affecting work efficiency, and so on. Aiming at the shortcomings of ball mill, this paper studies the working parameters affecting the grinding efficiency of ball mill, and carries out grouping experiments by means of orthogonal experiment. Finally, the simulation model is established by EDEM software with the method of discrete element, and the working parameters are adjusted by the simulation results. Finally, the purpose of improving the working efficiency of ball mill is realized.
