在我国经济快速发展、城市化进程日益加快的大背景下,人民群众对于用电的需求也越来越高。为妥善解决电力的供应问题,要保证整个城市的输电与配电网络始终保持稳定运行,对于运行中出现的故障要进行快速地排除。
Under the background of rapid economic development and accelerating urbanization in China, people’s demand for electricity is also increasing. In order to properly solve the problem of power supply,it is necessary to ensure that the transmission and distribution network of the whole city keeps stable operation, and the faults in operation should be quickly eliminated.
