Preliminary Study on the Construction of County-Level Emergency Broadcasting System

应急广播系统建设是国家的政策方针,是传播基层政策和灾害预报的信息工具。建设应急广播系统,能够丰富人们的文化生活,提升人们在灾害面前的应急处理能力,并对新农村的发展具有重要作用。因此,分析了应急广播的含义和重要性,并研究了县级应急广播的建设方案、具体设计、后期维护及管理工作等。

Emergency broadcast system construction is a national policy,is the dissemination of grassroots policy and disaster forecasting information tools. The construction of emergency broadcasting system can enrich people’s cultural life,improve people’s emergency handling ability in the face of disasters,and play an important role in the development of new countryside. Therefore,this paper analyzes the meaning and importance of emergency broadcast,and studies the construction plan,specific design,late maintenance and management of emergency broadcast at the county level.
