Application of a Powerless Wind Cap in Communication Base Station

室外一体化机柜是一种投资成本低、寻址容易及建站速度快的产品,但机柜的温控问题一直未得到很好的解决。为了保障设备正常的工作温度,降低故障率,延长通信设备使用寿命,避免高温退服,急需进行一体化机柜的高温整治。因此,介绍了一种解决实例,即通过对室外一体化机柜进行改造,引入一种使用零成本的无动力风帽,改善一体化机柜的气流组织,达到降低温度的目的,保障设备稳定安全运行,同时达到节能减排的效果。

Outdoor integrated cabinet is a kind of product with low investment cost,easy addressing and fast construction speed,but there is no good solution to the problem of cabinet temperature control. In order to ensure the normal working temperature of the equipment,reduce the failure rate,prolong the service life of the communication equipment and avoid high temperature retreat,it is urgent to carry out high temperature renovation of the integrated cabinet. This paper introduces an example of solving the problem,that is,by reforming outdoor integrated cabinet,introducing a zero-cost powerless wind cap to improve the air organization of integrated cabinet,to achieve the goal of lowering temperature,ensuring stable and safe operation of equipment,and achieving the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
