摘要
铁路真空卸污设备具有作业效率高、集成度高、安全可靠等优势,已经在全国18个铁路局、100多个站点应用。为了满足真空卸污设备日常维护和监控的需要,针对铁路真空卸污设备运行维护的特点,提出并分析远程运行维护系统的需求及工作流程。在此基础上,开发铁路真空卸污设备远程运行维护系统,系统可实现对设备的实时监控、数据存储和查询、自动报警、远程分析与协作诊断。
Railway vacuum discharge equipment has the advantages of high operation efficiency, high integration level, safety and reliability, and has been applied in 18 railway administrations and more than 100 stations across the country. In order to meet the requirements of daily maintenance and monitoring of vacuum discharge equipment, according to the characteristics of operation and maintenance of railway vacuum discharge equipment, the requirements and work flow of remote operation and maintenance system are proposed and analyzed. On this basis, the remote operation and maintenance system of railway vacuum discharge system is developed, which can realize real-time monitoring, data storage and inquiry, automatic alarm, remote analysis and cooperative diagnosis of equipment.
