山西省长治市煤矿采空区农村居民生计问题及对策——以长治县北和村为例

Livelihood Problems of Rural Residents in the Coal Mine Goaf in the City of Changzhi of Shanxi Province and Countermeasures——A Case Study of Beihe Village of Changzhi County

通过使用在山西省长治市长治县北和村对煤矿开采形成的采空区的调查信息,用访谈的方法,从关注采空区移民本身的生活及其诉求的角度出发,简要分析了煤矿采空区给当地居民的生活带来的影响。研究发现:煤矿采空区对当地居民的居住环境、正常生活和心理都造成了不好的影响,在整治搬迁的过程中出现的问题为今后的采空区移民搬迁提供借鉴意义和启示作用。

By using the survey data collected in the coal mine goaf in Beihe Village of Changzhi County, Shanxi Province, this paper, from the perspecfive of the immigrants^ livelihood and their demands? briefly analyzes the infillences that the coal mine goaf has brought to the local residents with the method of interviewing. It is shown from the study that the mine goaf has bad impacts on the living environment, normal life and psychology of the local residents. The paper analyzes the problems emerged during the process of renovating and relocating, which will offer the reference for the future immigrants'relocation in the mine goaf.
