摘要 “四维空间”高职学生干部培养模式是基于思想引领、学业教育、社会公益三大维度,充分考虑高职学生干部培养的具体性、发展性等时间变量的特点,逐步构建而成。按照上述理论指导,在“时间”轴中设置不同年级学生干部对应的教育三维坐标,涉及思想道德建设、学生学习、学生党建、创新就业、志愿服务等学生活动的诸多方面。从学生干部入学到毕业,各式活动始终从四个维度,进行全方位、多层次、宽领域的引导和教育。宏观上以思想引领、学业教育、社会公益为三大维度构建学生干部成长空间,锻造高职学生干部素质;微观上以时间轴为第四维度,让每个高职学生干部在不同阶段都能找到适合自己的成长空间。 The "four-dimensional space" mode of student cadre training in higher vocational colleges is gradually constructed on the basis of three dimensions: ideological guidance, academic education and social welfare;and it takes the characteristics of time variables into account such as the concreteness and development of student cadre training in higher vocational colleges. According to the above theoretical guidance, three-dimensional coordinates of education for student cadres at different grades are set on the "time" axis, which involve many aspects of student activities, such as ideological and moral construction, student learning, student party building, innovative employment, voluntary service, etc. From the entrance to graduation of student cadres, all kinds of activities are guided and educated from four dimensions in an all-round, multi-level and wide field. Macroscopically, we should create the growth space of student cadres from three dimensions: ideological guidance, academic education and social public welfare, and forge the quality of student cadres. On the micro level, taking the time axis as the fourth dimension, every student cadre can find a suitable growth space at different stages.
