摘要
在列车牵引逆变器中,为了防止上、下开关管同时导通,通常会在导通时间中加入死区时间。这会使牵引电机产生5、7次电流谐波。显然,研究如何抑制该谐波是非常有必要的。首先分析了死区时间引起的5、7次电流谐波;然后采用自适应陷波器提取电流中的谐波分量,来补偿死区时间并进行稳定性分析;最后在MATLAB/Simulink仿真平台上研究所提方法的有效性。
In train traction inverter,to prevent simultaneous breakover of the up and down switches,dead time should be added in the turn-on time of the switch.The fifth and seventh current harmonics would be produced by permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).Obviously,it was necessary to study the suppression of harmonics.Firstly,the fifth and seventh harmonics caused by dead time were analyzed.Secondly,the adaptive notch filter was used to extract the harmonic components of the current to compensate the dead time,and the stability was analyzed.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified on the MATLAB/Simulink platform.
