摘要
通过分析国家主导下和企业主导下的两种县域职教模式存在的缺陷,总结两所基于德国跨企业培训中心的县域职业教育模式创新案例中跨企业培训中心的建设特征,系统地提出了县域政府主导多元融合型职业教育模式的建设设想和建设原则,为构建具有区域特点、地方特色的职业教育模式提供一定的借鉴意义。
By analyzing the weaknesses of the two main county vocational education models under the leadership of the state and enterprises, the paper summarizes the characteristics of the two German cross-enterprise training centers in the county vocational education model, and systematically puts forward the construction ideas and principles of vocational education model of multi-integration led by the county government to provide a reference for building vocational education model with regional and local characteristics.
