摘要
在培养高素质应用型人才的基础上,培养具有创新思维和工匠精神的拔尖创新人才日益成为高职院校的主要任务。在明确高职拔尖创新人才的内涵与要素的基础上,围绕科研平台的建设,在拔尖创新人才的人才选拔机制、师资队伍培养、教学组织和管理模式、校企联合“双导师”人才培养模式、产教深度融合协同育人等方面进行了初步探索和研究,并在个人的自由发展及人的全面发展等方面提出了合理的建议。
On the basis of training high-quality applied talents, cultivating top innovative talents with innovative thinking and craftsmanship spirit has increasingly become the main tasks of higher vocational colleges. On the basis of defining the connotation and elements of top innovative talents in higher vocational colleges, and centering on the construction of scientific research platform, the paper makes a preliminary exploration and research on the selection mechanism of top innovative talents, the training of teachers, the teaching organization and management mode, the training mode of "double tutors" in school-enterprise cooperation, the in-depth integration of production and education, and so on. The paper proposes some reasonable suggestions on the free development of individuals and all-round development of human beings.
