自媒体时代大学生使用手机的类强迫行为分析及应对策略

Analysis on the Class-Like Compulsive Behavior and Coping Strategies of College Students’ Using Mobile Phone in the Self-Media Era

无线网络技术的高速发展将人类带入了自媒体时代,智能手机作为自媒体时代的载体,被大学生群体广泛使用,随之出现了类似强迫性的使用手机行为。通过对此类行为进行研究,将其命名为类强迫行为,并对此类行为的特征进行了分类研究。同时对产生类强迫行为的原因进行分析,提出应对策略,以消除类强迫行为的消极影响。

The rapid development of wireless network technology has brought mankind into the self-media era. As a carrier of the self-media era, smart phones are widely used by college students and a similar compulsive use of mobile phones has arisen. The characterization of this behavior is classified studied and named as class-like compulsive behaviors firstly in this paper. Then the paper analyzes the causes of the forced behaviors, and proposes coping strategies to eliminate the negative effects of the class-like compulsive behaviors.
