大智移云、移动互联网、云计算等信息技术的发展对财政数据治理提出了更高的要求。地方财政数据治理在法律法规与标准体系、数据治理机制和流程、人财物资源和技术支撑等方面存在一定欠缺。在剖析现状问题的基础上从管理、技术等方面提出了财政数据治理的优化路径,即完善财政数据治理的法律法规和规章制度、加强财政数据治理组织设计和治理水平、培养与财政数据治理相适应的人力资源和加强财政数据治理平台建设。

The development of information technology such as great intelligence moving cloud, mobile internet and cloud computing has put forward higher requirements for financial data governance. There are some deficiencies in local financial data governance, such as laws, regulations and standards, data governance mechanism and process, human and financial resources and technical support. Based on the analysis of the current situation, the paper proposes the optimal path of financial data governance from the aspects of management and technology by improving the laws, regulations and rules of financial data governance, strengthening the organizational design and governance level of financial data governance, cultivating human resources suitable for financial data governance and strengthening the construction of financial data governance platform.
