摘要
为厘清固井车车架振动特性,提升固井车作业可靠性,对固井车车架进行了模态仿真分析和振动测试分析。首先通过车架自由模态和约束模态的仿真得到车架的各阶频率、振型特征和模态振型图。在此基础上结合实际工作条件完成了振动试验测点的布置,对车架进行了5种典型工况下的振动测试试验。针对测试结果系统地进行了该车架在工作状态下的振动特性分析。结果表明,该车架部分频率在发动机-泵联合激励的范围之内,但其频率间的间隔较好,受到的振动影响较小;同时也说明在大排量工况下,车架的振动要比大扭矩工况下大。
To clarify the framework vibration characters and improve the reliability of cementing truck operation, a simulation analysis and vibration testing were conducted on the cementing truck. First, through the simulation of the free mode and the constrained mode of the frame, the frequency, mode characteristics and modal mode diagram of the frame were obtained. On this basis, the layout of vibration test points was completed in combination with the actual working conditions,and the vibration tests of the frame under five typical working conditions were carried out. Based on the test results, the vibration characteristics of the frame in working state were analyzed systematically. The results show that part of the frequency of the frame is within the range of the combined excitation of engine and pump, but the interval between the frequencies is better, and the vibration is less affected by the vibration, and it also shows that the vibration of the frame is larger than that under the condition of large torque under the condition of large displacement.
