摘要
为了寻找一种效率更高的炼油厂润滑油废白土的微生物修复方案,采用3种方案(1#废白土加营养物,2#废白土加营养物和强化菌和3#废白土加营养物、强化菌和土著菌)分别进行修复试验,定期测定不同修复方式下土样中温度、pH、微生物数量和含油量。经过60d处理后,3个试验组降油率分别为42.12%、48.57%和51.79%,表明强化微生物与土著微生物联合处理可以在一定程度上降低润滑油废白土含油量,是一种有效的润滑油废白土处理方法。
In order to find a more efficient microbial remediation scheme for lubricant waste clay in oil refineres,three kinds of schemes (1# waste white soil plus nutrients,2# waste white clay plus nutrients and fortified bacteria, 3# waste white clay plus nutrients, fortified bacteria and indigenous bacteria) are used for repair test,and temperature,pH,microbial quantity and oil content are regularly measured. After 60 days of treatment, the oil reduction rates in the three test groups are 42. 12%, 48. 57% and 51. 79 % respectively. The results indicate that the combined treatment of strengthening microorganism and indigenous microorganism can reduce the oil content of lubricating oil waste clay to a certain extent, and the combined treatment is an effective way to treat the lubricating oil waste clay.
