摘要
复合包装废弃物综合利用过程中产生的造粒废水呈强碱性,含有大量的铝,为变废为宝,对其进行了无害化、资源化利用研究。试验表明,工业集中区抗生素污水处理厂每500mLMSBR池出水添加强碱性高铝废水0.8mL能获得很好的絮凝效果;每500mL初沉池出水添加强碱性高铝废水12.0mL能获得最佳絮凝效果,且去除效果均表现为TP>CODCr。强碱性高铝废水在污水处理中可代替PAC作为絮凝剂。它不仅可以在污水处理的前端使用,也可以在污水处理的末端使用。
Wastewater produced in the granulation process for comprehensive utilization of composite packaging waste is strongly alkaline,it contains large amount of aluminum.In order to make it profitable,harmless resource benefit is studied.The results show that adding 0.80 mL this strongly alkaline high-aluminum containing wastewater to 500 mL MSBR effluent from antibiotic wastewater treatment plant in industrial concentration area could obtain good flocculating effect.Adding 12.0 mL of this strongly alkaline high-aluminum containing wastewater to 500 mL effluent from primary sedimentation tank could obtain optimal flocculating effect.The removal rate of TP is greater than that of CODCr.The strongly alkaline high-aluminum containing wastewater can be used as a flocculant replacing the PAC in wastewater treatment,which could be used at the end of wastewater treatment.
