新时代大学生法治价值观的培塑路径

大学生处在思想意识、价值观念不断深化、完善和夯实的关键时期,高校能否将法治价值观予以引导教育并落地生根,关系着全面依法治国的顺利推进。如今,在高校法治价值观培塑方面存在着教师课堂讲授形式单一、学生对于法治课程的印象刻板、高校法治教育环境建设不足等问题。因此,通过师生这条主线进行自上而下的法治价值观教育,充分发挥高校课堂的重要作用,借助高校产学研相结合的优势,结合横向文化涵养、管理规范和舆论引导,打造一个立体化的大学生法治价值观培养空间,通过理论育人、实践育人、管理育人以及环境育人的教育理念,最终实现对大学生法治价值观的培塑。

College students are in the critical period of deepening and strengthening ideological and ideological values. Whether colleges can guide them to foster the value of rule of law is of great importance to the smooth progress of the comprehensive rule of law. At present, in the aspect of cultivating the value of rule of law in colleges, there are some problems, such as dull teaching methods, students’ stereotyped impression on this course, and insufficient construction of the legal education environment in colleges. Therefore, it is essential to innovate the cultivating path to promote the effectiveness. It is suggested to conduct a top-down education on the value of rule of law through the teacher-student main line. With good classroom teaching and after-class practice, the role of classroom and the advantages of industry-university-research cooperation is brought into full play. Combined with lateral culture cultivation, management standards and public opinions, a three-dimensional space for the cultivation of the value of rule of law will be created to realize the students’ cultivation through theory, practice, management and environment, achieving the cultivation of value of rule of law for college students.
