摘要
领导者的价值系统与其决策行为有明显的相关性。因此,校长心里所重视或相信的价值系统,会深深地影响学校的发展方向、教师教学的士气,以及学生学习成效。实际的调研发现,不同校长呈现了不同的价值系统;校长的价值系统有其一致性的特色;校长倾向于超理性或理性价值系统的领导行动,有助于达成学校教育目的;而校长以次理性价值系统的领导行动,则会影响学校的发展;专家或一般校长分别会以直接的行为或间接的筛查等不同方式,反映出其价值系统。
Value is the core element of the knowledge, behavior and attitudes of individuals. The value system that principals attach importance to or believe in may affect the direction of school development, teachers’ morale in teaching, and students’ learning effectiveness. This study shows that different principals present different value systems in their leadership activities;the principals’ value systems have their own characteristics of consistency;the principals tend to lead actions of transrational or rational value systems helping to achieve the goals of school education;the principals’ leadership actions based on subrational values systems will affect the development of school;and different principals will reflect their value system by direct behavior-channeling or indirect perceptual screening.
