血液冷藏箱内部温度均匀性提升的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 以容积为400~500L的某血液冷藏箱为研究对象,采取提高蒸发温度、合理设计蒸发器盘管走向的改进措施,对改进后的样机蒸发器温度及出风口温度进行测试,结果表明:改进后箱内各测点温度维持在3.0~5.3℃之间,箱内温度最大差值为2.3℃,均匀性有较大幅度提升。 A refrigerator for conserved blood with a volume of 400-500 L is taken as the object of study. This refrigerator is improved by increasing evaporating temperature and rationally designing the direction of evaporator coil,then the temperatures of evaporator and air outlet for the improved prototype are tested. The results show that after the improvement,the temperature of each measuring point in the refrigerator is maintained between 3.0-5.3 ℃ and the maximum difference is 2.3 ℃,thus the uniformity has been greatly improved.
