摘要 职业启蒙教育是通过游戏等活动建立儿童工作世界与成人工作世界联系的过程。学前儿童职业启蒙教育的目标定位是:探索世界,开发智力;为现在学习提供动力和为未来工作奠定基础。学前儿童职业启蒙教育的基本原则是:因材施教、启发诱导和可持续发展。基本方略包括:健全职业生涯指导与发展系统;实施以职业启蒙为导向的素质教育;提升教师职业启蒙教育综合素质;完善以体验式学习为主的多种学习模式。 Vocation awareness education is the process of associating children’s world of work with adults’ via games. Orientation of preschool children’s vocation awareness education is to help children explore the world and develop their intelligence, and lay the foundation for children’s future jobs, cultivate qualities for their future lives and to provide motivation for their present studies. Basic Principles for preschool children’s vocation awareness education are individualized methods of instruction according to their aptitudes, elicitation and sustainable development. Strategies and ways of preschool children’s vocation awareness education include perfecting the career guidance and development system, carrying out quality education oriented to vocation awareness, improving teaching qualities in vocation awareness and building multiple learning modes mainly consisting of experiential learning.
