摘要
培训是提高教师素质、提升教育质量的重要途径。基于广东省中职教师参训、培训调查数据,对中职教师培训情况开展实证研究,分析整理目前培训中存在的主要问题,提出解决问题的对策,期望能为进一步提升中职教师培训质量做一些基础性的工作。
Training is an important way to improve teachers’ quality and education quality. Based on the data of secondary vocational school teachers’ participation in training in Guangdong Province, this paper conducts an empirical study on the training situation of secondary vocational school teachers, analyses the main problems existing in the current training, and puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems, hoping to do some basic work for improving the quality of secondary vocational school teachers’ training in the future.
