摘要
从业人员的工匠精神是美国得以振兴、发展的强力支撑,其形成得益于移民基因的多元、公平与效率的倡导、实用主义文化的推崇、标准战略的实施、职业教育体系的单轨。研究美国从业人员工匠精神的历史溯源和形成机制,可以为我国工匠精神的培育与弘扬提供借鉴。
The craftsmanship spirit of American employees is the strong support for the revitalization and development of the United States. The formation of craftsmanship spirit benefits from the diversity of immigrant genes,the advocacy of fairness and efficiency, the promotion of pragmatic culture, the implementation of standard strategy, and the unitary vocational education system. The study on the historical origin and forming mechanism of craftsmanship spirit in the United States can provide reference for the cultivation and promotion of craftsmanship spirit in China.
