摘要
“一带一路”倡议不仅体现了人类命运共同体的全球一体化意识,推动了参与国家之间加强政治互信、经济互融、人文互通,还加强了包含教育、科技与文化等功能在内的高校之间的交流与合作。边疆高校理应抓住机遇,坚持国家政策引领,创造共同利益;着力本土文化传承,引领人文价值;明确高教办学定位,创新发展模式;依托地理区位优势,促进合作交流,为践行“一带一路”倡议,服务地方经济,增强高等教育质量,提供科技支撑。
The “Belt and Road Initiative” not only embodies the sense of global integration for a community of shared destiny, but also promotes the mutual political trust, economic cooperation and cultural inclusiveness among participating countries. In the process of internationalization, universities in border areas should take the opportunity to explore common benefits by adhering to the national policies, focus on the the inheritance of local cultures and lead the trend of humanistic values, clarify the teaching orientation and innovate the developmental mode, and make full use of the geographical advantages so as to provide technological support for the implementation of the “Belt and Road Initiative”, to serve the local economy and to enhance the quality of higher education.
