不同种类促进剂对MPU硫化特性及MPU/TPEE TPV物理机械性能和门尼黏度的影响

摘要 采用高温开炼机制备了橡塑比为60/40的MPU/TPEE动态硫化热塑性弹性体(TPV),考察了不同种类促进剂对MPU橡胶硫化特性及MPU/TPEE TPV物理机械性能和门尼黏度影响。结果表明,次磺酰胺类促进剂在MPU橡胶中防焦效果为NS>NOBS>CZ>DZ;秋兰姆类促进剂不适合作为MPU橡胶的促进剂;橡胶的硫化程度越大TPV的拉断强度越大;促进剂种类对TPV硬度影响不大;ZDC作为促进剂制备的TPV的门尼黏度最小,同时相容洁面厚度大于DZ促进TPV的厚度。 MPU/TPEE dynamic vulcanized thermoplastic elastomer(TPV) with rubber/plastic ratio of 60/40 was prepared by high temperature open mill. The effects of different kinds of accelerators on the vulcanization characteristics of MPU rubber and the physical and mechanical properties of MPU/TPEE TPV and Mooney viscosity were investigated. The results show that the anti-coke effect of sulfenamide accelerator in MPU rubber was NS>NOBS>CZ>DZ;Thiuram accelerator was not suitable as promoter of MPU rubber;The greater the degree of vulcanization of rubber, the greater the tensile strength of TPV;The type of accelerator has little effect on the hardness of TPV;The TPV prepared by ZDC as a promoter has the lowest Mooney viscosity, and the compatible cleansing thickness is greater than the thickness of TPV prepared by DZ.
