GK型密炼机穿轴式转子结合面密封性的分析

摘要 描述了穿轴式转子的结构特点、穿轴过程和转子炼胶状态下的受力情况,分析了影响穿轴式转子结合面密封性的因素,如粗糙度、过盈量、穿轴工装、转子体内孔珩磨工艺、定位销及O型密封槽尺寸等,逐项开展试验,并进行针对性的改进,提高转子结合面密封性。 The structural characteristics of the shaft-through rotor, the process of shaft-through and the force in the state of rotor rubber mixing. The factors affecting the sealing of the junction surface the shaft-type rotor were analyzed, such as roughness, shrink range, shafting tooling, rotor honing process, positioning pin and O-ring groove size. Experiments were carried out item by item, and targeted improvements were made to improve the sealing of the rotor junction surface.
