密炼上辅机系统,在橡胶行业,特别是轮胎企业,已应用多年,这些年以来,制造商已从原来的引进仿制,逐步过渡到自行设计阶段,同时也做了许多改进。但是从使用的角度来看,还有一些不完善,还有许多需要进一步改进的地方。本文就其缺陷进行粗浅分析,并将我们已获得的解决问题的方案与同行分享。

The up-stream equipment system has been used in rubber industry, especially tire enterprises for many years. Over the years, manufacturers have gradually transitioned from the original introduction to the self-design stage, and many improvements have been made, but from the point of view of use, there are still some imperfections, and there are many places for further improvement. This article conducts a rough analysis of its flaws and shares our solutions to the problem.
