摘要
10kW中波广播发射机数字循环调制编码电路控制着发射机功放系统的“大台阶”和“二进制小台阶”共48块模块。采用循环调制编码后,射频功放单元轮流等几率工作,使其降低热负荷并均匀化,提高了功放单元的使用寿命。同时增加了功放单元故障自动检测、自动退出及自动替补功能。
The digital cyclic modulation coding circuit of a 10 kW medium wave broadcast transmitter controls the "big step" and "binary small step" of the transmitter power amplifier system which consists of 48 modules. After adopting cyclic modulation coding, the rf power amplifier unit takes turns to work with equal probability, which makes it reduce heat load and homogenize, and improves the service life of the power amplifier unit. At the same time, the functions of automatic fault detection, automatic exit and automatic replacement are added.
