Nancy Fraser’s Theory of Political Representation Justice and Its Enlightenment

弗雷泽在全球化的世界历史视域中通过对女性遭受的性别不公现象进行批判与反思,将代表权引入正义的领域,赋予代表权以成员资格和政治决策规则的内涵,在“元”层面上探讨了正义的主体、实质和程序问题,企图突破正义的民族国家框架,建立全球性民主制度,从而形成了其原创性的正义理论,与时俱进地发展了社会批判理论。而作为一名女性主义者,弗雷泽又强调政治代表权、政治决策中的性别平等,这对在全球化背景下女性谋求政治解放具有一定的理论借鉴意义。

Nancy Fraser criticizes and reflects on the gender inequality suffered by women in the perspective of globalization's world history, and introduces the right of representation into the realm of justice, giving the right to represent the connotation of membership and political decision-making rules. On the level of "meta", it explores the subject, essence and procedural issues of justice, attempts to break through the framework of the nation-state of justice, and establishes a global democratic system, thus forming its original theory of justice and developing social critical theory with the times. As a feminist, Nancy Fraser emphasizes political representation and gender equality in political decision-making. This has certain theoretical implications for women's political emancipation in the context of globalization.
