协同创新视野下研究生导师队伍建设及管理机制初探

Research on the Construction and Management Mechanism of Postgraduate Tutors in the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

协同创新是实现科技创新的一种新型、有效的组织模式,该组织模式对高层次科技人才——硕士研究生的培养也提出了新的要求,其中,研究生导师队伍建设尤为重要。通过分析研究生导师队伍建设中存在的问题以及导师在研究生培养中应有的作用,提出基于协同创新的导师队伍建设策略,从而构建有效的研究生导师考核、评价及奖惩体系。

Collaborative innovation is a new and effective organizational model to realize scientific and techonlogical innovation.The organizational model also puts torward new requirements for the cultivation of high-level scientific and technological talents-postgraduates.Among them,the construction of postgraduate tutors is particularly important.By analyzing the problems existing in the construction of tutors and the proper role of tutors in the cultivation is constructed,so as to determine an effective system of assessment,evaluation and reward and punishment for graduate turtors.
