On the Protection of Consumers’ Personal Information in the Platform Economy

在新兴的平台经济下,越来越多侵犯消费者个人信息的行为冲击着现有的法律制度,不断给现实社会提出新的难题。探寻消费者的个人信息安全易遭到侵犯的根源,比较域内外国家在个人信息保护方面的立法,在借鉴优势的同时探索出适合我国个人信息保护的立法模式。在现有分散立法基础上,有必要制定一部统一法规,从而更好保障消费者权益并促进平台经济健康有序发展。

In the emerging platform economy,more and more violations of consumers’personal information impact the existing legal system,raising new challenges for the current society.Why are consumers’personal information vulnerable to violations now?By comparing the legislation of personal information protection in countries outside the domain,we shall explore the legislative model of personal information protection suitable for China.On the basis of existing decentralized legislation,it is advisable to formulate a unified legislation to better protect consumer rights and promote the healthy and orderly development of the platform economy.
