The main proposition of Espin Anderson’s book The Three Worlds of Welfare Capitalism is to treat the contemporary welfare mode as a powerful social mechanism that has a decisive influence on the future society. Anderson decomposes the core propositions into two interrelated propositions. It not only uses the "class mobilization theory" to describe and explain the institutional differences between the welfare modes and their causes;but also draws on the differences in the labor market structure of different welfare modes.
