EPC General Contracting Model of Urban Portal Greening and Upgrading Project in Nan’an City in 2018 Existing Problems and Suggestions

EPC总承包模式在经济和技术具有相当多优势。以南安市2018年城市门户绿化提升工程EPC总承包模式为例,对工程实施过程中存在的问题进行归纳和总结,并有针对性地提出一些建议,以期为更好改进园林绿化工程EPC总承包模式提供参考和借鉴。

EPC general contracting mode has many advantages in economy and technology. Taking the EPC general contracting mode of the urban portal greening and upgrading project in Nan’an City in 2018 as an example, this paper summarizes the problems existing in the implementation of the project, and puts forward some suggestions aiming at providing reference and reference for better improving the EPC general contracting mode of the landscape greening project.
