本文从BIM技术在EPC项目各实施阶段成本控制方法出发,围绕设计及施工阶段进行了详尽阐述;最后结合某建筑工程EPC项目成本控制案例,对其应用BIM技术的方式方法进行了探讨;旨在为广大建筑行业从业爱好者提供有价值的参考和借鉴。

Starting from the cost control methods of BIM technology in each implementation stage of EPC project, this paper elaborates on the design and construction stages in detail. Finally, combining with the cost control case of EPC project of a construction project, this paper discusses the ways and methods of applying BIM technology, aiming at providing valuable examination and reference for the construction industry practitioners and enthusiasts.
