Application of BIM Technology in Construction Cost Management

BIM技术的应用提高了建筑业的信息化程度,开启了建筑行业从二维图纸走向三维模型的新时代,具有其他技术不能比拟的很多优势,给工程造价咨询行业带来了巨大的影响,有利于解决行业目前存在的各种问题。本文主要阐述了传统建筑工程造价管理中的问题,并提出BIM技术应用于造价管理中的必要性及其具体应用。

The application of BIM technology improves the informationization level of the construction industry, opens a new era of the construction industry from two-dimensional drawings to three-dimensional models. It has many advantages that other technologies cannot match. It has brought tremendous impact on the construction cost consulting industry and is conducive to solving various problems existing in the industry. This paper mainly expounds the problems in the traditional construction cost management, and puts forward the necessity and concrete application of BIM technology in the cost management.
