摘要
近年来,团队管理研究和实践领域的学者和管理者均呼吁要结合新的方法推进领域发展。随着技术进步,多层面实时数据的获取和分析变得可能,因此大数据在本领域也开始得到应用。本文聚焦在团队领域,首先回顾团队领域现状和问题,指出大数据对于推进本领域发展的作用。其次,介绍在团队领域大数据的具体形式和来源。接着,介绍大数据方法在团队沟通、团队学习、团队合作、团队构成等方面的具体应用。最后,对于大数据在团队管理研究和实践中的应用进行总结。
In recent years, team research scholars and team management practitioners call for introducing new methods to advance our science of teamwork. Along with the development of big data technology, it becomes possible to attain and analysis continuous streams of dynamic data. This study firstly provides an overview of dynamic constructs and temporal frameworks in team study. Second, this study introduces different data streams and emerging technologies. Third, we review team research studies that leverage big data as a means to index dynamic construct in the field of team communication, team learning, team cooperation, and team composition. In so doing, we hope to demonstrates the advancement of dynamic methods in team research.
