摘要
基于社会网络分析方法,运用爬虫工具爬取雄安新区成立一周年内与人才相关的微信公众号文章,识别出雄安新区人才资源重构中的区域、组织及个体3个层次12个治理主体,并测度主体间关系网络的相关指标,研究表明:雄安新区人才资源重构过程中多元治理主体之间的关系网络密度较高,联系较密切;其重要性排序依次是区域-组织-个体;政府的核心作用明显,其他治理主体在政府的宏观调控下协作与发展。并针对研究结果提出相应的治理策略,以期为雄安新区人才资源重构的优化提供有价值的参考。
Based on the social network analysis method, the reptile tool was used to capture the talent-related WeChat public article in the first anniversary of the establishment of Xiongan New Area. The three levels of regional, organizational and individual including 12 governance subjects in the reconstruction of talent resources in Xiongan New Area were identified, and measure the relevant indicators of the relationship network between subjects, analyze and summarize the data of each indicato匚 The research show that:the relationship between the main body of talent resources reconstruction in Xiongan New Area is higher and the relationship is more closely related;the order of importance is in order of regional-organization-individual;the core role of the government is obvious, other governance subjects develop under the macro control of the government. According to the research results, the governance strategy are put forward, in order to provide a valuable reference for optimizing the practice activities of talent resources reconstruction in Xiongan New Area.
