摘要
姚鼐后半生执教于东南地区四所书院,他的文章教育大致可分为阅读和写作两部分。就阅读教育而言,他编选、评点《古文辞类纂》,指导弟子的古文吟诵;就写作教育而言,他以古文为中心,选编、评点生徒的时文课艺。姚鼐在书院执教过程中,完成了构建文统、培育弟子、传播桐城古文等有关建立文派的教育理想。
Yao Nai taught in four classical learning academies in the later half of his life, and his classical essay education can be divided into reading and writing. In terms of reading education,he compiled and commented on the Anthology of Classical Prose and instructed his disciples in reciting ancient writings. As far as writing education is concerned, he took the ancient prose as the center, complied and commented on the students’contemporary literature and art. Therefore, Yao Nai had finished his educating dreams of constructing literary tradition, cultivating students, spreading Tongcheng ancient prose and other educational ideals related to the establishment of the literary school.
