摘要
徽学的诞生,主要是由于巨量徽州原始民间文书档案的发现。以往学者对徽州文书的分类探讨,主要针对中文类型的文书,而忽略了英汉双语文书这一类型。本文揭示了笔者收集到的一批徽州双语文书的特点,探讨了其在徽学、经济史、商业文化和英语史等领域的学术价值。
The birth of Hui studies is mainly due to the discovery of huge amount of original civil documents and files in Huizhou. Former scholars discussed the classification of Huizhou documents mainly focused on the Chinese documents but neglected English-Chinese bilingual documents. This paper reveals the characteristics of a batch of Huizhou bilingual documents collected by the author, and discusses their academic value in Hui studies, economic history, business culture and English history.
