维生素B1穴位注射配合中药奄包治疗剖宫产术后尿潴留的临床研究

Clinical study of vitamin B1 acupoint injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine in treating urinary retention after cesarean section

目的探讨维生素B1穴位注射配合中药奄包治疗剖宫产术后尿潴留的临床效果。方法选择2017年8月至2018年12月接受治疗的70例剖宫产术后尿潴留患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组给予常规促排尿护理干预,观察组则额外给予维生素B1穴位注射配合中药奄包治疗。对所有患者治疗有效率和治疗满意度进行观察和比较。结果对照组治疗总有效率为82.86%(29/35),低于观察组(100.00%,35/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度为97.14%(34/35),高于对照组(77.14%,27/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上通过维生素B1穴位注射配合中药奄包治疗剖宫产术后尿潴留,能够有效确保治疗效果和提高患者治疗满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vitamin B1 acupoint injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine Shenbao on urinary retention after cesarean section.Methods From August 2017 to December 2018, 70 patients with urinary retention after cesarean section were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention to promote urination, while the observation group was given extra vitamin B1 acupoint injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine Shenbao. The effective rate and treatment satisfaction degree of all patients were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 82.86%(29/35), which was much lower than that(100.00%,35/35) in the observation group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.14%(34/35), which was much higher than that of the control group(77.14%,27/35), the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Vitamin B1 acupoint injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine Shenbao in the clinical treatment of urinary retention after cesarean section can effectively ensure the treatment effect and improve the patient satisfaction degree.
