文章简单分析了国内铁路机车变压器绝缘用油情况以及国内外相应的执行标准。在我国电力机车大多采用矿物型环烷基变压器油,为了满足市场需求,实验室对电力机车变压器油KI50DX进行了质量升级,升级后的产品经美国DOBLE公司评定,各项性能完全满足IEC 60296-2012指标要求,可用于中国中车集团、大同ABB等电力机车牵引变压器用油。

In this paper,a brief analysis on the domestic railway locomotive transformer insulating oil situation and the corresponding standards at home and abroad is given.Electric locomotive in our country mostly adopts mineral naphthene base transformer oil.In order to meet market demand,the quality upgrading of transformer oil KI50DX for electric locomotive was carries out in laboratory.The upgraded product was evaluated by American DOBLE Company.The results showed that all the performances of the upgraded product fully meet the indicator requirements of the IEC 60296-2012,and it can be used for electric locomotive traction transformer of CRRC and Datong ABB.
