摘要
随着透平机组在各行业领域中的广泛应用,机组在运行过程中出现的故障问题也随之增多。文章介绍了目前业界对漆膜问题的关注程度,并概述了漆膜的形成机理和危害。通过介绍漆膜的检测方法及长期油液监测的重要性,提出了去除漆膜的方法及存在的问题,从而可以极大地提高透平机组运行的可靠性。
With the wide application of turbine units in various industrial fields,the number of failures that occur during the operation of the unit has also increased.This article describes the current level of attention to the varnish in the industry,and outlines the formation mechanism and hazards of the varnish.By introducing the testing method of the varnish and the importance of long-term oil monitoring,the methods and problems of varnish removing are proposed,which can greatly improve the operation reliability of the turbine units.
