Objective To investigate the value of bioelectrical stimulation on endometrial repair after artificial abortion. Methods Ninety abortion patients in the Pelvic Rehabilitation Center of Guangzhou Women and Children Medical Center from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and research group with 45 cases in each group. The control group received painless induced abortion, while the research group received bionic electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group. Results The residual rate of uterine tissue in the study group(4.44%)was lower than that in the control group(6.67%),however,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The vaginal bleeding time, menstrual re-tidal time and pain duration were significantly lower in the study group than those in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group 5 d after treatment(P<0.05).The increase of endometrial thickness in the study group was higher than that in the control group after 10 d and 5 d of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of bioelectrical stimulation to endometrium in patients after artificial abortion is good for endometrial repair, which has positive significance for improving the prognosis of patients.
