毫火针配合窄谱中波紫外线及他克莫司治疗白癜风的效果观察

Observation on the curative effect of fire needling combined with narrow spectrum UV-wave and tacrolimus in the treatment of vitiligo

目的探讨白癜风患者采用毫火针配合窄谱中波紫外线及他克莫司治疗的疗效.方法选择2016年8月至2018年4月在菏泽市中医医院就诊的70例白癜风患者,随机分为两组,每组35例.对照组采用窄谱中波紫外线联合他克莫司治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用毫火针治疗,对比两组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论毫火针配合窄谱中波紫外线及他克莫司治疗可有效改善白癜风患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,安全性较高.

Objective To investigate the curative effect of combined with narrow-spectrum UV-wave and tacrolimus on vitiligo patients.Methods Seventy patients with vitiligo treated in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2016 to April 2018 were selected.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each groups.The control group was treated with narrow-spectrum UV-vis combined with tacrolimus,and the observation group was treated with fire needling on the basis of treatment for the control group.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Fire needling combined with narrow-spectrum UV-wave and tacrolimus can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of vitiligo patients,improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,with high safety.
