摘要
本试验利用Blue Light Broth "Nissui"和MRS培养基对门源县饲喂羊的青贮饲料中的菌种进行了分离分纯和16S rRNA序列通用引物PCR扩增和测序鉴定,分离分纯得到12株菌,其中8株为地衣芽孢杆菌,1株为单纯芽孢杆菌,2株为干酪乳杆菌,1株为副乳杆菌。
In this experiment, Blue Light Broth "Nissui" and MRS medium were used to isolate and identify the strains of silage fodder fed to sheep in Qilian County, Qinghai Province, and PCR amplification and sequencing identification of 16 S rRNA sequences. The results showed that 12 strains of bacteria were isolated and separated. Among them, 8 strains were Bacillus licheniformis strain, 1 strain was Bacillus simplex strain, 2 strains were Lactobacillus casei strain, and 1 strain was Lactobacillus paracasei strain.
