层叠式笼养不同笼层鸡产蛋性状和蛋品质分析 被引量:3

摘要 本试验旨在研究层叠式笼养条件下,不同笼层对鸡产蛋性状和蛋品质的影响。选用5层层叠式笼养51周龄高产海兰蛋鸡,分别统计1~2层(上层)及3~5层(下层)的产蛋数、破蛋数,称量蛋重,并分别测定上、下层蛋品质,试验期63d。结果显示,不同笼层产蛋率和破蛋率差异显著(P<0.05),而蛋重、死淘率和蛋品质差异不显著(P>0.05)。综合来看,分层笼养降低了破蛋率,不同笼层对产蛋性能有影响,但对蛋品质、死淘率影响不大。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of different cage layers on laying traits and egg quality under cascade cage conditions. Fifty one-week-old high-yield Hailan laying hens in 5-layer cascade cage were selected for the experiment. The laying number, broken egg number, egg weight and egg quality were counted in 1~2 layers (upper layer) and 3~5 layers (lower layer) for 63 days. The results showed that there were significant differences in laying rate and breaking rate among different cage layers ( P <0.05), but there were no significant differences in egg weight, death rate and egg quality among different cage layers ( P >0.05). In conclusion, layered cage rearing reduced egg breakage rate,and different cage layers had an effect on egg laying performance, but had little effect on egg quality and death rate.
