基层电力企业生产问题研究与对策分析

摘要 截至2017年末,我国发电总装机容量达177703万千瓦,与2016年末相比增长了7.6%,居世界首位。但电力安全生产事故仍然频发,并且呈多样性、复杂性、综合性趋势发展。电力事故的发生往往由单一问题引起,多个故障叠加、交叉形成综合性故障,大大提高了处理难度及工况复杂性。基于以上的认知,文章以某电力生产企业为例,分析电力生产过程存在问题以及对安全行为的影响,并提出解决方法。 By the end of 2017, the total installed capacity of power generation in China reached 177 703 million kilowatts, an increase of 7.6% over the end of 2016, ranking the first in the world. However, power safety production accidents are still frequent, and they are developing in a variety of complex and comprehensive trends. The occurrence of electric power accidents is often caused by a single problem. And the multiple faults are superimposed and intersected to form a comprehensive fault, which greatly improves the processing difficulty and the complexity of working conditions. Based on the above cognition, this paper takes power production enterprise as an example to analyze the problems in the power production process and the impact on safety behavior and proposes the solutions.
