基于通用航空专业群的现代学徒制探索与实践

开展现代学徒制是职业院校实施产教融合、校企合作、知行合一、工学结合的有效途径。文章认为,作为新兴产业的通用航空,在其专业群建设中开展现代学徒制需要与航空企业紧密合作,共同制定人才培养方案、共建实训基地和共育师资团队,更注重开发通用航空新职业岗位的技能鉴定标准,从而更好地满足企业和市场对人才的需求。

It’s an effective way for vocational colleges that carrying out the modern apprenticeship system can promote integration of production and education, school-enterprise cooperation, knowledge and action, and work-study. General Aviation, as an emerging industry, in the construction of whose professional group launching modern apprenticeship is supposed to work closely with aviation enterprises to develop talent training programs, build training bases and develop co-educational faculty together. Meanwhile, it should focus on the development of skills identification standards for new professional positions in general aviation, so as to better meet the needs of enterprises and markets for talents.
