高校应急救护培训成效及问题分析——以安徽某高校为例

Analysis on the effect and problems of emergency ambulance training in colleges and universities: a case study of a university in Anhui province

[目的]了解高校学生应急救护现状并进行技能培训,分析现状、成效及问题,提升大学生的应急救护能力,探索高校应急救护培训新模式。[方法]文章对高校自愿报名学生开展救护知识调查并进行理论知识培训、现场模拟操作培训及考核,为理论和实践都合格的学生颁发《初级救护员证》。[结果]通过应急培训,大学生应急救护能力显著提高(P<0.05)。[结论]高校学生应急救护意识薄弱,培训效果明显,但仍应加强现场实践培训。

Purpose: to understand the present situation of emergency rescue of college students and carry out technical training, analyze the present situation, effect and problems, improve the ability of emergency rescue of college students, and explore a new mode of emergency rescue training in colleges and universities. Method: the investigation of ambulance knowledge and the training of theoretical knowledge are carried out to the students who volunteered to enroll in colleges and universities, and the on-the-spot simulated operation training and examination are carried out to issue the“Primary ambulance worker certificate”to the students who are qualified in theory and practice. Results: through emergency training, the emergency rescue ability of college students is improved significantly(P < 0.05). Conclusion: the emergency rescue consciousness of college students is weak and the training effect is obvious, but it is still necessary to strengthen the practical training on the spot.
