摘要
研究了宽度、厚度和时效制度对6106铝合金挤压型材折弯性能的影响,同时分析了不同宽度、厚度型材折弯试验后的表面形貌情况。试验结果表明,随着折弯试样宽度的增加,计算折弯角度逐渐减小;折弯试样厚度越大,计算折弯角度越小。同型材145℃×10h与203℃×4h时效处理后,其抗拉强度相差不大,但屈强比却逐渐增大。
The effects of width, thickness and ageing system on the bending performance of 6106 aluminum alloy extruded profiles were studied. At the same time, the surface morphology of profiles with different width and thickness after bending test was analyzed. The test results show that the calculated bending angle gradually decreases with theincrease of the bending specimen width;the larger the thickness of the bent specimen, the smaller the calculated bending angle. After the aging treatment of 145℃×10 h and 203℃×4 h, the tensile strength of the same profile is not much different, but the yield ratio is gradually increased.
